When confirming that it is due to the straps, if uneven thickness or width is found, it is a quality problem with the strapping straps. You need to cut off the small section that is not qualified and not use it. During the trial production, if you can fit the strap but cannot tighten it, adjust the elastic button on the strapping machine until the strap meets the process standards. The unstable quality of the tape can also cause difficulty in entering the tape, or it may not be possible to enter the tape directly, and even cause tape jamming. If most of the straps in a roll do not meet the quality standards, then replace them with a new bundle for trial production.
